感謝您選購 TP-Link 工廠翻修產品。為保障您的權益,請仔細閱讀以下條款及細則。購買工廠翻修產品即表示您同意並接受本條款。

1. 無保養條款

  • 所有「工廠翻修產品」均不設任何保養期。

2. 問題產品跟進政策

2.1 跟進流程

  • 由於「工廠翻修產品」均不設任何保養期,客戶如發現產品出現問題,可於7天內跟我聯絡跟進。
  • 如購買後產品出現問題,無法正常使用,客戶可先聯絡我們支術支援 (support.hk@tp-link.com) ((852) 3614-0210)
  • 如果問題無法經支術支援解決,客人可以到我們指定維修中心跟進:

    香港葵涌大連排道58-66號樂聲工業中心B9B室。

2.2 退款申請條件

  • 產品出現非人為損壞故障
  • 客戶於收貨後7個工作天內就該產品問題與我們聯絡。

2.3 收貨日期計算

  • 收貨日期以物流公司派送時客戶簽收日期為準(即「T+0」)。
  • 最遲與我們聯絡日期為T+7工作天

2.4 產品檢查與退貨交付

  • 客戶可選擇以下方式將疑有問題的產品送至指定地點進行檢查:
    1. 親自送至維修中心
      地址:Felton Distribution Limited
      香港葵涌大連排道58-66號樂聲工業中心B9B室。
    2. 寄付快遞至上述地址(由寄方付快遞費用)

2.5 人為損壞

  • 如產品因人為損壞導致問題,退款申請將不被接納。

3. 特價產品條款

  • 由於「工廠翻修產品」為特價產品,請客戶購買前自行考慮清楚。
  • 購買「工廠翻修產品」即表示客戶接受本條款及細則。

4. 最終決定權

  • TP-Link 保留對以上條款及細則的最終解釋權及決定權。

5. 其他活動

Thank you for purchasing TP-Link Remanufactured products. To protect your rights, please carefully read the following terms and conditions. By purchasing Remanufactured products, you agree to and accept these terms.


1. No Warranty Policy

  • All "Remanufactured products" come with no warranty period.

2. Policy for Addressing Product Issues

2.1 Follow-Up Process

  • Since "Remanufactured products" come with no warranty period, customers who discover issues with the product may contact us for assistance within 7 days.
  • If the product is found to be defective or unusable after purchase, customers may first contact our technical support:

  • If the issue cannot be resolved through technical support, customers may visit our designated service center for follow-up:

    Kwai Chung, Hong Kong.

2.2 Refund Application Conditions

  • The product must have been damaged or faulty due to non-human causes.
  • Customers must contact us regarding the issue within 7 working days after receiving the product.

2.3 Calculation of Receipt Date

  • The receipt date is based on the date the customer signs for the product upon delivery by the logistics company (referred to as "T+0").
  • The latest date for contacting us for the issue is T+7 working days.

2.4 Product Inspection and Return Delivery

  • Customers can choose one of the following methods to deliver the product suspected to be defective to the designated location for inspection:
    1. Delivering the product in person to the service center:

      Room B, 9/F, Block B,
      58-66 Tai Lin Pai Road,
      Kwai Chung, Hong Kong.
    2. Send the product via courier to the above address.

2.5 Human-Induced Damage

  • Refund applications will not be accepted if the product issue is caused by human-induced damage.

3. Terms for Special Offer Products

  • As "Remanufactured products" are sold at special prices, customers are advised to carefully consider their purchase before purchasing.
  • Purchasing "Remanufactured products" constitutes the customer's acceptance of these terms and conditions.

4. Final Decision Rights

  • TP-Link reserves the right to the final interpretation and decision regarding the above terms and conditions.

5. Other Activates

  • All "Remanufactured products" will not join the Supermarket Coupon Redemption event.
